Replace/Return/Refund Policy

Physical Items

If damaged, we will replace DVDs/Blu-Rays free of charge within 30 days of purchase, postage paid.

If undamaged and unopened, please return the physical item(s) in question for a full refund of the purchase price.

Customer pays for return postage.

Virtual Items

We do not offer refunds on virtual items (digital or streaming products).

Physical Products

Our physical products are mainly optical discs (DVD and Blu-Ray).

There is no region coding, and they should be playable in any standard optical disc player.

Please make sure that you are able to play the product before you purchase from us.
Formats are indicated for every optical item.


Virtual Products

Our virtual products are downloadable video files.

The format is MP4, playable by a majority of computing devices.
